ERASMUS+, Klíčová akce 1: výměna mládeže
Místo konání: Mollina (Málaga), Španělsko
Časový rozvrh této výměny mládeže:
- Přípravné předprojektové setkání (Advance Planning Visit = APV): 11.—14. březen 2024, Mollina (Málaga), Španělsko. Tohoto přípravného předprojektového setkání se za ČR zúčastní group leader české skupiny. APV-účastník=group leader se pak musí zúčastnit i výměny mládeže v květnu. - Výměna mládeže: 6.—14. květen 2024, Mollina (Málaga), Španělsko
- Zorganizování místních aktivit (v ČR): v termínu od května do konce července. Prosím nehlaste se na tento projekt, pokud nejste schopni (či ochotni) zorganizovat aktivity ve své komunitě (škole, kroužku, volnočovasovém středisku, atp.). Aktivitou se rozumí např. krátký workshop/povídání, kde budete sdílet své zkušenosti z tohoto projektu.
Český tým: 5 účastníků (ve věku 18—30 let) + 1 group leader (ve věku 25+, bez horního věkového omezení)

Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu ERASMUS+ jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů je kompletně (ze 100%) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu ERASMUS+ a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) do max. výše €360 (v případě tohoto projektu) z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a zpět.

Project description
According to the latest Eurostat data, Spain has the highest youth unemployment rate in Europe at 30.6%, nearly doubling the European Union average of 15.5%. Greece and Italy closely follow Spain, while Germany, the Czech Republic, and the Netherlands boast the lowest youth unemployment rates.
In the case of Andalusia, the most populated region of Spain, the unemployment rate is even higher. According to data from the National Institute of Statistics (INE) for the third quarter of 2022, the percentage of Andalusian young people under 25 years of age is 35.92%.
Given these statistics, it is crucial to implement initiatives and projects like „Entrepreneurship Towards the Future“ to enhance youth employability. Young people represent the future in terms of sociopolitical, educational, and economic vitality.
Aligned with this, „Quality Employment for All“ is one of the 11 European Youth Goals, and the Erasmus+ Program contributes to achieving these goals through various actions. Organizations involved in „Entrepreneurship Towards the Future“ are also committed to these goals. This project aims to support young people in their job search and the acquisition or improvement of personal, social, and professional skills for employment, with a focus on developing entrepreneurial competence, one of the 8 key competences in the Youthpass certificate of the European Commission.
The main objective of „Entrepreneurship Towards the Future“ is to enhance the employability of young participants through non-formal and informal education activities. These activities are designed to acquire and develop social, personal, and professional skills for employment, emphasizing entrepreneurial competence.
The goal
is to facilitate their socio-labor insertion and improve the quality of life for these young individuals.
The specific objectives of the project include:
a) Promoting the empowerment and personal autonomy of participants for social and labor insertion.
b) Creating channels for participants to understand Labor Market demands, providing tools and techniques to respond to them and aiding in the transition to the Labor Market.
c) Offering knowledge about professional opportunities and alternatives.
d) Defining the entrepreneurial profile and providing knowledge on generating business ideas and constructing a business plan.
e) Fostering creativity and innovative ideas for conflict resolution and resilient responses to uncertainty in the Labor Market.
f) Encouraging the creation of synergies and cooperative work in multicultural and multilingual teams, facilitating the exchange of experiences and good practices among all project stakeholders.
g) Developing digital competence by effectively using various digital resources in different phases and activities of the project.
Participants‘ profile:
• Participants must be legal residents in the country of the sending organization and be between 18 and 30 years old.
• Be interested and motivated by the theme of the project, that is, the development of skills for employment and entrepreneurship.
• Participants willing to contribute to follow-up and dissemination activities.
• Show interest in living a intercultural experience in a European context and be open to communicating in English.
Group leader’s profile:
Added requirements for youth leaders:
• Over 25 years old and with previous experience in projects.
• Communication skills, social skills, responsibility and leadership.
• Attend the preparatory visit in Mollina (Malaga) from March 11 to 14 and participate as a group leader during the youth exchange.
• Be willing to guide the participants and support them in the learning process, as well as guarantee that said process takes place in a safe environment.
• Have at least an intermediate level of English.
