Popis projektu:

Creativity, adaptability and digital competence have become fundamental skills in today’s rapidly evolving labour market. In an era shaped by technological advancement, young people must be  equipped not only with knowledge, but also with the ability to think critically, learn continuously and adapt to new professional realities.

The “FutureCraft: Building Employable Minds” Training Course aims to empower youth workers with the tools, knowledge, and methodologies needed to support young people in developing relevant skills for the digital era. The project focuses on enhancing participants’ capacity to foster employability competences such as critical thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, digital literacy, and
entrepreneurial mindset.

Throughout the training course, participants will engage in a dynamic learning environment where they will explore innovative educational approaches, including experiential learning, non-formal methods, and digital tools. They will reflect on current labour market trends, understand the impact of digital skills on jobs and careers, and discover practical ways to integrate these insights into their daily youth work practice.

By working collaboratively, sharing experiences and experimenting with new tools, participants will develop strategies to better guide young people in navigating career paths, identifying opportunities and building resilience in the face of uncertainty.
