ERASMUS+, Klíčová akce 1: tréninkový kurz
Termín konání: 21.—28. září 2025
Místo konání: Osterholz-Scharmbeck, u Brém, Německo
Český tým: 4 účastníci (ve věku 18-40 let)
Před tím, než se přihlásíte na jakýkoliv náš projekt, důkladně si přečtěte všechny informace v sekci Chci vyjet na projekt a seznamte se s Pravidly účasti na zahr. projektech.
Pokud máte zájem se na tento projekt přihlásit, prosím důkladně si přečtete info-pack (přečtěte si také, jak vypadala loňská edice tohoto projektu zde). Pokud máte zájem se na tento projekt přihlásit, prosím odešlete vyplněnou přihlášku co nejdříve, nejpozději do 15. června.
Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu ERASMUS+ jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů je kompletně (ze 100%) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu ERASMUS+ a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) (v případě tohoto projektu) z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a zpět do max. výše:
- €309 – v případě letecké dopravy
- €417 v případě ‚zelené‘ pozemní dopravy (= poize autobusy, vlaky)

Popis projektu:
`Into the Future ́ is a training of youth workers, where participants explore the competence areas cooperating successfully in intercultural teams and communicating meaningfully. Based on these experiences, participants will get together into groups, practically develop and implement valuable educational experiences for others.
Additionally, this training course provides the space to explore challenges, improve youth work practices, and potentially create long-lasting partnerships.
Project goals:
- Informing and training youth workers in some of the competences from the „Competence Model for Youth Workers”
- Competences: Designing educational programmes & Facilitating group learning processes
- Provide a space for sharing knowledge and exchanging experiences and good practices
- Competence: Cooperating successfully in (international) teams & Communicating meaningfully
- Competences: Displaying intercultural competence & networking and advocating
- Establish long-term partnership during the training course
Participants‘ profile:
- 18–40 years old (without exceptions)
- Resident of one of the participating countries
- Youth workers, youth leaders, educators or people who are going to work with youth in the near future.
- Participants‘ English language skills should be sufficient to actively participate in the mobility, including all the activities.
- Previous experience in Erasmus+ is not obligatory, but participants should have an interest in youth work and related areas of work.
Follow-up activity:
Please be aware that all participants will need to put everything that they have learned into practice by designing and implementing an educational activity in their home country by the end of October 2025.
This way, we expand the impact of the experience so that other people in our local communities can profit from your attendance in the training course

The concept of Training of Youth Workers: Into the Future relies on learning how to work and communicate better in an intercultural team in order to design and implement valuable learning experiences for youth.
We will explore these competences, learn new methods and tools, and concretely practice those.
