ERASMUS+, Klíčová akce 1: tréninkový kurz

Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu ERASMUS+ jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů je kompletně (ze 100%) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu ERASMUS+ a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) do max. výše €309 (v případě tohoto projektu) z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a zpět.

Popis projektu:
General description: Training course on empower youth workers to develop the leadership skills of young people in environmental field and being able to encourage young people to become more eco-friendly
The overall aim of the project is to support youth workers being able to develop the leadership potential and active participation of young people with fewer opportunities on environmental actions in their local communities.
The objectives of the Training Course “Leadership Goes Green” are:
- To raise awareness about current environmental issues and plastic pollution through youth work activities.
- To explore the interdependency and the impact and consequences of human activities on the environment.
- To raise awareness about the pollution and enhance the creativity of the participants how to communicate this topic to the public.
- To raise awareness about the environmental problems in the world and motivate participants towards an individual action to tackle a climate change and protect the environment.
- To be able to increase young people’s awareness of pollution and become more knowledgeable about the use of digital tools and social media.
Methodology:
The methodology of the training is based on an intercultural approach and non-formal education. We have foreseen a dedicated workshop (theory and practice) on non-formal education to make them understand how this tool can be used and applied in their youth work reality.
General methodology will reflect different learning styles/needs. Methodology that we will use will lead to equal and active participation of all participants.
We will aim to create a safe environment for learning and the flow and counter flow from the individual needs to the group needs to the topic to the individual and so on. To increase active participation of youth workers during the planned activities will be used different exercises combination of individual and team work, learner-centred ways, theoretical inputs and exercises.
We will employ a variety of different tools: ice-breakers, name games, short activities allowing participants to learn each other’s names, team-building activities, energizers, small group work, large group work, simulation activities and role plays, media workshops (new media, social media, multimedia), dance workshops, intercultural activities, open-space activities, peer review, self-evaluation.
Participants‘ profile:
The participants are expected to be youth workers or educators motivated to:
- Develop leadership potential among young people.
- Raise awareness about environmental issues such as climate change and plastic pollution.
- Use digital tools and social media to enhance eco-friendly practices.
- Engage young people with fewer opportunities in local and European environmental initiatives.
- Ready to take part in the whole youth exchange.
- To be able to communicate English language.
