ERASMUS+, Klíčová akce 1: výměna mládeže
Časová osa této výměny mládeže:

Přípravné předprojektové setkání (Advance Planning Visit = APV): 25.—28. září 2025, Ommen, Nizozemí. Tohoto setkání se zúčastní group leader českého týmu (věk. limit: 18+) + 1 český účastník. V tomto termínu se setkají organizátoři s lídry všech národních skupin, projdou si místo konání a proberou program aktivit této výměny mládeže. Účast na tomto přípravném předprojektovém setkání tak není žádná věda a zvládne to opravdu každý.
- Výměna mládeže: 28. říjen—8. listopad 2025, Ommen, Nizozemí
- Zorganizování dvou místních aktivit v ČR (ve svém místním domově důchodců). Samotné aktivity účastníci vytvoří na projektu. Aktivity mohou účastníci zorganizovat jako celý český tým): v termínu od začátku listopadu do 5. ledna 2026. Na pokrytí nákladů spojených s uspořádáním aktivit dostane český tým rozpočet ve výši €150.
Český tým: 4 účastníci (ve věku 18-30 let) + 1 group leader (ve věku 18+).

Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu ERASMUS+ jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů je kompletně (ze 100%) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu ERASMUS+ a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a to dle způsobu dopravy:
- €309 – v případě letecké dopravy,
- €417 v případě ‚zelené‘ pozemní dopravy (autobusy, vlaky). Zelená doprava = min. 51% celkové cesty je absolvováno autobusy/vlaky.
Účastníkům výměny mládeže bude proplacen celý rozpočet na cest. náklady bez ohledu na to, na kolik účastníky jejich reálné cest. náklady vyjdou. V případě zelené dopravy účastníkovi bude vyplaceno €417 a v případě letecké dopravy €234. Na rozpočet pro zelenou dopravu máte nárok i v případě, že využijete jednoho letu (důležité je, aby 51% celkové cesty bylo vykonáno po zemi = autobusy, vlaky).

In this 10-day international exchange, you will:
- Discover the power of personal narratives
- Practice creative ways to share your story
- Build bridges across backgrounds, cultures, and identities
- Explore how storytelling can create inclusion and social change
What we’ll do:
Each day is an invitation to introspection and playful creativity:
- Story circles – where we witness each other’s stories, perspectives, and journeys
- Creative workshops – drawing, movement, sound, theatre, writing – co-created with the group
- Cultural storytelling – or looking closer at how our backgrounds hold unique treasures
- Living library – a public event where all participants become “living books”
- Evening reflections – through journaling and sharing
- There’s no performance pressure, no need to “have it all figured out.” Showing up with your curiosity and care is enough.
Participants‘ profile:
- You are between 18-30 years old
- You are looking for inspiration, direction, or confidence at this stage in your life
- You have little or no experience in international programmes, but feel curious to grow and develop personally and profesionally
- You want to improve your communication, creativity, or ability to work with others
- You are motivated to share your story and listen to others
- You feel excited to support organise creative activities and bring what you learn back home, in your community
- You have personal, social, economic, or geographical obstacles, and want to find creative ways to overcome them
- We will have a total of 16 people in the APV (1 participant + 1GL) and 32 youth aged 18–30 and 8 Group leaders (40 people) in the Youth exchange.
Group leader’s profile:
- You are 18+
- You have previous experience participating in a youth exchange
- You are committed to being involved in all phases: the APV, Youth Exchange, and follow-up
- You want to explore your leading style and conduct meetings and reflection sessions with your international group.
- Taking initiative and standing accountable are two elements that are important to you and you want to put them into practice.
- You are curious to learn new facilitation tools and support creative learning through storytelling
What you’ll gain:
- Improve your communication and creative expression through storytelling sessions
- Build confidence by sharing your own story and listening to others
- Develop emotional awareness and learn to support safe sharing spaces
- Gain experience working in a team to plan and lead workshops and activities
- Become more comfortable in social situations and connect easily with others
- Deepen your understanding of cultural diversity and similarities in Europe
- Contribute to inclusion by organising storytelling workshops for vulnerable groups back in your community
- Learn practical tools, get new perspectives, and create meaningful connections
Expected results:
- One Living Library event organised in the Netherlands during the YE with local community members.
- At least 2 local storytelling workshops delivered by you together with your national group in your community (for vulnerable groups e.g. refugee centres, nursing homes). We aim for a total of 16 events (2 /country)
