ERASMUS+, Klíčová akce 1: seminář na navazování kontaktů a partnerství mezi organizacemi

Český tým: 2 účastníci (ve věku 18+) = lidé aktivně působící v mládežnické organizaci, který má v plánu požádat o vlastní grant na zorganizování Erasmus+ mobilit(y) pro mládež či pracovníky s mládeží.

Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu ERASMUS+ jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů je kompletně (ze 100%) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu ERASMUS+ a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) (v případě tohoto projektu) z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a zpět do max. výše:
- €211 – v případě letecké dopravy
- €285 v případě ‚zelené‘ pozemní dopravy (= pouze autobusy, vlaky)

Popis projektu:
This partnership-building activity aims to strengthen cooperation and enhance capacity-building among organizations working in the youth field, specifically within the framework of Key Action 1 (youth exchanges and training courses) and Key Action 2 (capacity building for organisations) Erasmus+ projects.
Participants will engage in collaborative workshops, networking sessions and best practice sharing to foster mutual understanding and to develop frames for new projects to be implemented within following 2-years period. PBA will provide a platform for creating sustainable partnerships, promoting innovative approaches, and ultimately improving the quality and impact of youth projects funded by Erasmus+. It will serve as a ground to strengthen cooperation among existing partners and to build up new partnerships with organisations which are still not part of our network.
Activities:
Content of the PBA will include the following: understanding of Erasmus+ program, non-formal education concept, needs assessment, development of new project ideas and setting the ground for future cooperation. Exchange of good practices and discussing challenges in youth field and international projects.
Time table will be delivered in the later phase of preparation.
There will be no any program on travel days, participants are free to arrive/depart at any time they want on 15th/20th July. Program will be implemented from 16-19 July. There will be 4 workshops per day. There will be breaks in between. There will be enough of free time for participants to visit Samobor or Zagreb.
Participants‘ profile:
- Participants are directly related with the work of partner organizations on regular basis
- Participants are responsible for implementation of non-formal learning activities and projects as. project managers or coordinators
- Participants have the power to decide on partnerships and all related matters
