ERASMUS+, Klíčová akce 1: výměna mládeže

Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu ERASMUS+ jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů je kompletně (ze 100%) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu ERASMUS+ a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) (v případě tohoto projektu) z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a zpět do max. výše:
- €309 – v případě letecké dopravy
- €417 v případě ‚zelené‘ pozemní dopravy (autobusy, vlaky)
Na tomto projektu si samotná hostitelská organizace bude vybírat účastnický poplatek ve výši €5/účastník.

ABOUT THE PROJECT
‘Learn Your Potential for a Better Employment’ is an Erasmus+ Program KA152 (Mobility of Young People) Youth Exchange project submitted by informal youth group called Karaman AB Gençlik Platformu – Karaman EU Youth Platform in Karaman / TURKEY. The project is designed for young people to take part in a Youth Exchange project and raise awareness of social skills among young people with an innovative perspective on reducing youth unemployment, which is the main development target of the EU. We aim for young people to get to know different sectors and themselves. We want them to know about job opportunities in different countries. We want them to evaluate different criteria while guiding their future careers. We want to enable young people to develop themselves in crisis management and time management.
PROJECT THEME
Partner countries for our project will be Poland, Latvia, Romania, Czech Republic and Turkey. 7 participants, including group leaders, from partner countries will come to project venue to attend our project. The project will be implemented between 27 April – 03 May 2024 including travel days. As an Erasmus+ KA152 Youth Exchange project, our topic is related to Youth Employment and Unemployment. Via project activities we want to raise awareness among young people to discover their potential. We aim our participants to learn how to apply for a job, how to be a good worker, how to find a job according to their skills. We will organize visits to the organizations which are responsible for young people to be employed. Thanks to group works the participants will improve their personal skills and their creativity.
For dissemination, local press will be invited to the project and information about what Erasmus+ will be given. In addition, local authorities will be visited and asked for their supports for our project topic.
There will be indoor and outdoor activities in our project. We will do workshops, group-works, pair-works and we will use non-formal education techniques. Thus, all the participants will be active and will enjoy the project activities. There will be cultural nights to get to know the different cultures and different people.
All project activities are prepared after the negotiations with our project partners. Duties and responsibilities of partner organizations and participants are decided, too. Participants are going to have meetings in their countries with their group leaders and will come to project venue with all the information and preparations. Also, every organization will do preparations to present their country and culture. Within this scope, there will be presentations, dances, contests and also held cultural events. Also, thanks to the city tour, participants are going to get information about our country and city. They also will be informed about Erasmus+, National Agency and Youthpass.
The Project’s long-term outcomes are to help young people to be employed according to their skills. New project ideas, long term friendships and turning participants into a culture and tourism ambassadors are the other aims. We will organize workshops, lectures, group-works, pair-works and social activities besides indoor and outdoor activities.
PARTICIPANTS PROFILE:
We need 6 young participants and 1 leader for each country. (6 + 1 = 7 for each country). The young participants should be 18 – 25 years old. No age limit for the leader. The groups should obey the gender balance rule. Participants should be able to communicate in English. Each partner is supposed to take part in all Project activities actively. Group leaders will be responsible for their participants.
