Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu ERASMUS+ jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů je kompletně (ze 100%) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu ERASMUS+ a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a zpět, max. do výše:
- €309 v případě letecké dopravy
- €417 v případě pozemní dopravy (autobusy, vlaky)

Popis projektu:
THEME: The aim of the „Rural Youth Work Development“ training course under the Erasmus+ program is to enhance the skills and capacities of youth workers and organizations operating in rural areas.
FRAME OF THE PROJECT: The project seeks to address the unique challenges faced by rural youth by providing targeted training and resources that empower youth workers to develop and implement effective programs, promote social inclusion, and foster active citizenship among young people in rural communities. The training course focus project management, volunteering management and digital youth work in rural area.
Objectives:
- Enhance professional skills of Youth Workers – equip youth workers with the necessary skills and competencies to design, implement, and manage youth work programs specifically tailored to the needs of rural communities.
- Address unique challenges faced by rural Youth – raise awareness of the youth workers to the specific challenges rural youth face, such as social isolation, limited access to resources, and fewer educational and employment opportunities.
- Promote social inclusion and active citizenship – empower youth workers to promote social inclusion, civic engagement, and active participation of rural youth in their communities, ensuring that no young person is left behind.
- Develop project management competence – train youth workers in effective project management methodologies, enabling them to organize and execute sustainable projects that positively impact rural youth.
- Foster volunteerism in rural communities – enhance the capacity of youth workers to manage and mobilize volunteers in rural areas, encouraging youth to engage in volunteering as a pathway to personal development and community building.
- Integrate digital tools in Youth Work – equip youth workers with digital tools and strategies to engage rural youth through online platforms, addressing the digital divide and promoting digital literacy.
Participants‘ profile:
- We are looking for participants who are 18 years or older, and this decision is KEY to the success of the training course. We believe that with the right participants, this experience can be truly transformative.
- Youth workers, leaders, and volunteers working with young people, who are eager to improve their skills in Rural youth work.
- Youth workers, leaders, and volunteers who are directly involved with young people in their organizations, preferably in rural areas.
- Youth workers, leaders, and volunteers who face fewer opportunities due to cultural differences, geographical barriers, or economic challenges.
- Youth workers, leaders, and volunteers who can commit to participating in the entire training course.
- Participants who can communicate effectively and engage in discussions and presentations in English.
- Individuals who are motivated to learn, share knowledge, and engage in group discussions and reflections.
- Participants committed to sharing their learning outcomes within their organizations and local communities.
- Those willing to organize face-to-face or online dissemination events in their home country after the training.
We are seeking SUPER MOTIVATED PARTICIPANTS who are passionate about taking active roles in their communities and creating real impact!
Methodology:
Our working methodology is rooted in non-formal education, utilizing a variety of learning approaches that promote active engagement and practical application. This includes self-directed learning, where participants take control of their own learning journey, allowing them to explore topics in a way that aligns with their personal interests and needs. Reflection sessions are incorporated to provide space for both personal and group reflection, helping participants internalize and deepen their understanding of the experiences.
Additionally, peer-to-peer learning fosters collaboration and knowledge exchange, enabling participants to learn from one another through shared insights and experiences. These diverse methods ensure that the learning can be effectively transferred to real-world situations, empowering participants to apply what they have learned in their own communities and contexts.
Tasks to complete before the training:
Before attending the training, each participant is required to prepare a 5-minute presentation on rural youth work in their area. The presentation should cover:
- Overview of rural youth work in your region. Examples of successful projects or initiatives. Key challenges faced by youth workers, leaders, and volunteers.
Please keep your presentation concise and focused on providing insights into the local context of rural youth work. - Optional Workshop: If you are interested, you can conduct a workshop on a rural youth work-related topic during the training. If you wish to do so, please inform us in advance.
- You should bring materials for cultural night (food, typical clothes, drinks, flag, etc.), presentations or videos are not needed.
During the project:
- You should attend 95% of the programme.
- You should respect the program schedule in order to carry out successfully the activities.
- You should be actively involved in all activities.
After the project, you will have to:
- fill an online final report evaluation survey in Sirvintos after the project activity.
- fill a short online BENEFICIARIE MODULE final report evaluation survey.
- organize in your country a face to face/online one informative session about training course in Lithuania, send a resume and photos of the session in the next 30 days after the project, with minimum 5 people. (we will provide more details during the project).
