ERASMUS+, Klíčová akce 1: tréninkový kurz

Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu ERASMUS+ jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů je kompletně (ze 100%) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu ERASMUS+ a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) (v případě tohoto projektu) z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a zpět do max. výše:
- €309 – v případě letecké dopravy
- €411 v případě ‚zelené‘ pozemní dopravy (autobusy, vlaky)

Popis projektu:
Young people are increasingly now involved in ‘alternative forms’ of participation, including youth activism, community volunteering, online activism or youth social movements such as the climate activism movement.
Related to this shift, youth civil society is also in a time of transition, moving from being based around structured hierarchical models of representation and participation to a more networked and diverse sector.
At the same time, many youth civil society organisations are also raising concerns about infringements on their freedom of association, assembly and expression, and what has been termed the ‘shrinking space for civil society’.
Across Europe, it is now necessary to consider how our democratic societies recognise and support a range of approaches to youth participation and engage a diverse range of young people in democratic life. At the same time, it is still a concern that many young people feel disconnected from our democratic structures and institutions, and there is an ongoing need to enable young people to participate in democratic institutions and political structures both directly and indirectly.
The Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps programmes further build upon this policy base by setting the objective of enhancing youth participation in democratic life.
Objectives:
- Improve the competences of 30 youth workers’ in promoting youth participation and active citizenship by exchanging efficient tools, successful stories and attractive programs.
- Promote active citizenship and youth participation among local youngsters by developing catchy raise awareness campaigns and empowerment programs.
- Enhancing the capacity of 10 NGOs to empower youth in becoming active citizens in their local communities by developing common campaigns and international projects.
Participants‘ profile:
- Youth workers aged 18+ from: Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Ireland, Greece, Spain, France, Croatia, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland, Sweden, North Macedonia, Iceland, Norway, Serbia.
- Long-term volunteers, social workers, educators, social pedagogues, community development facilitators, counselors, trainers, facilitators, and other related staff implementing non-formal activities), who are actively involved in promoting active citizenship and youth participation; Actors conducting raising awareness campaigns in the fields of youth participation and active citizenship;
- Proven experience associated with youth work and youth participation;
- Interested in implementing awareness campaigns in the future;
- Able to use the newly gained competences on local campaigns;
- Able to speak English at least at a conversational level.
