ERASMUS+, Klíčová akce 1: výměna mládeže

Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu ERASMUS+ jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů je kompletně (ze 100%) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu ERASMUS+ a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) do max. výše €285 (v případě tohoto projektu) z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a zpět. Prosím berte na vědomí, že u tohoto projektu je možná pouze pozemní doprava (= pouze autobusy/vlaky)

Popis projektu:
Radicalization of youth and young people is becoming a more and more increased phenomenon- and not only for young people. But the best way to counter it is to talk, communicate, understand- or as the old saying goes, “Walk a mile in someone else’s shoes”. There’s no better way to tear down walls and build bridges than to actually get to know the people on the other side, find out how they think, feel and talk. This is why this Youth Exchange focuses on dialogue, communication, mediation and conflict resolution.
However, sometimes even that is not enough; sometimes you need to truly feel like how the other person feels instead of it being described to you. That’s where the amazing tool of eduLARPs, or educational Live Action Role-Playing comes in. Participants can literally dive deep into the feelings and emotions of fictional but realistic characters, navigating through a simulation through the lens of their chosen persona. It’s like improv- but
better!
In our Youth Exchange we will be using a variety of non-formal education tools, such as simulations, improv and role-playing exercises, culminating into the use of several short black-box LARPs whose goal is to empower participants to look critically at themselves and understand other people better, hopefully realizing that “them” was “us” all along. Let’s walk in each others’ shoes for a mile or two!
OBJECTIVES
The objectives of this youth exchange are:
- Discover more about the values of the European Union regarding inclusivity, diversity and equality
- Identify the root of radicalization in young people and highlight suggested ways to counter it
- Empower participants to seek out practical solutions to communication and understanding
- Explore ways to communicate effectively, focusing on non-violent communication, mediation and conflict resolution
Participants‘ profile:
We invite up to 4 national groups with groups of four young people age 18-24 and one youth leader 18+. Due to the topic of the Youth Exchange, all participants need to be adults!
