Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu ERASMUS+ jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů je kompletně (ze 100%) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu ERASMUS+ a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) do max. výše €275 (v případě tohoto projektu) z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a zpět.

What is a MOOC? Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) are free online courses available for anyone to enroll.
About the project:
„Mastering MOOCs“ is a comprehensive training course designed to equip educators and instructional designers with the skills and knowledge needed to create dynamic and engaging online learning experiences on MOOC platforms. Through a blend of theoretical insights, practical exercises, and case studies, participants will delve into thee key principles of effective online course design and delivery. From leveraging multimedia resources to fostering interactive discussions, this course empowers participants to craft compelling and impactful MOOCs that inspire and engage learners worldwide.
Objectives:
- Understand MOOC Fundamentals: Gain a thorough understanding of the MOOC model, including its unique characteristics, target audience, and potential benefits and challenges for online education.
- Design Engaging Course Content: Learn best practices for creating multimedia-rich content, interactive learning activities, and assessments that cater to diverse learning styles and preferences.
- Foster Online Community Engagement: Explore strategies for building and sustaining learner engagement through interactive discussions, peer collaboration, and instructor feedback in the online learning environment.
- Evaluate and Improve Course Effectiveness: Acquire skills in course evaluation and continuous improvement, including methods for collecting learner feedback, analyzing course metrics, and implementing iterative enhancements to optimize learning outcomes.
Participants‘ profile:
- At least 18 years old;
- Youth worker/ youth leader/ involved in community activities/ have previous work in educational institutions or
social initiatives; - Resident in the partner countries or have a resident permit;
- Available for the whole duration of the mobility;
- Have medium level of English;
- Interested in online courses development and to acquire knowledge;
- Willing to reflect on your ideas, as well as open to learn from others‘ perspectives and experiences;
- Willing to share knowledge and experiences gained during the training course;
- To act as a multiplier, disseminating the outcomes and lessons learned to a wider audience;
- Open to new, flexible, proactive and willing to work in a multinational and intercultural team;
- Open to diversity and interculturality;
