ERASMUS+, Klíčová akce 1: výměna mládeže

Český tým: 6 účastníků (ve věku 18-30 let) + 1 group leader (ve věku 18+)

Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu ERASMUS+ jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů je kompletně (ze 100%) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu ERASMUS+ a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) do max. výše €360 (v případě tohoto projektu) z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a zpět.
Prosím berte na vědomí, že z rozpočtu na reimbursement cest. nákladů si budou organizátoři strhávat €20/účastník na uhrazení jednodenního výletu.

Popis projektu:
Inclusion and equal opportunities are essential for modern societies to evolve and innovate sustainably. As we redefine social development, it is crucial to eliminate stereotypes and prejudices, ensuring equality for all. Young people across Europe are committed to promoting diversity without discrimination based on gender, identity, sexual orientation, skin color, age, nationality, or disability.
This youth exchange will take place in Larnaca from October 8-17, 2024, involving 56 young people and 7 participants from 8 European countries. John Lennon’s „Imagine,“ from his 1971 album, envisions a peaceful world free from materialism, national borders, and religious divisions. The project’s title reflects this vision, focusing on solidarity, equality, respect, tolerance, and peace.
Objectives:
- Encourage participants to fight all forms of racism.
- Promote values of social inclusion, tolerance, and empathy.
- Highlight non-formal education as a tool to promote inclusion and combat racism.
- Educate against discrimination and intolerance.
- Contribute to local, regional, and national policy reforms, supporting youth policies based on knowledge and evidence.
- Recognize non-formal and informal learning through enhanced cooperation between policy practitioners and the improved use of EU transparency instruments and best practices.
General Goals:
In the framework of the Erasmus+ program, we will develop our exchange based on both official and informal educational methods. To develop & stimulate their active participation we will use activities such as: Open Discussion, Experiential Workshops, Discussions & Meetings with responsible authorities, Collaboration in working groups, Case study, Visits, Role plays & Entertainment Events. Multicultural evenings will also be organized where participants will present evidence from culture, its education, customs & art so that young people come to contact with new cultures & get to know new customs
Who can participate?
- Responsible youngsters aged between 18-30
- Have a good or basic level of English
- Eager to accumulate knowledge and develop new skills and competencies that they will then share with others
- Committed to participate in ALL phases of the project.
- Promote a positive attitude at the group level, active engagement, and teamwork.
- Gender balance and group diversity in terms of different social and cultural backgrounds should be taken into consideration
- Team leaders will be responsible for their group and their needs, and will help facilitate the whole project by giving advice, and coordinating communication between us, the project organizers, and participants
Workshop Facilitation:
