ERASMUS+, Klíčová akce 1: výměna mládeže
Přípravné předprojektové setkání (Advance Planning Visit = APV): 31. březen—3. duben 2025. Tohoto setkání se zúčastní dva lidé: group leader českého týmu (věk. limit: 24+) a buď:
- jedna doprovodná osoba (ve věku 24+)
- nebo jeden účastník (ve věku 16-19 let), který se zúčastnil 1. části této výměny mládeže, která proběhla v termínu 24. duben—1. květen 2024 v Giovinazzo, Apulia, Itálie.
Účastníci APV se setkají organizátory a s lídry všech národních skupin, projdou si místo konání a proberou program aktivit této výměny mládeže. Účast na tomto přípravném předprojektovém setkání tak není žádná věda a zvládne to každý zodpovědný dospělý člověk.
Termín konání výměny mládeže: 19.—26. srpen 2025
Místo konání: Grimstad, Norsko
Český tým: 5 účastníků (ve věku 16—19 let) + 1 group leader (ve věku 24+) + 1 dobrovodná osoba (ve věku 24+)

Aktuálně je přihlašování otevřeno jen pro ty, kteří se mohou zúčastnit jak přípravného předprojektového setkání tak samotné výměny mládeže.
Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu ERASMUS+ jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů je kompletně (ze 100%) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu ERASMUS+ a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) (v případě tohoto projektu) z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a zpět do max. výše €309.
U tohoto projektu je přísný zákaz konzumace alkoholu během celého projektu (konzumace alkoholu není možná ani ve volném čase). Prosím nehlaste se, pokud toto pro vás není možné respektovat.

Popis projektu:
The „Inclusion Through Art“ project aims to foster social inclusion and intercultural understanding among young people through artistic expression. Its primary objective is to empower youth from diverse backgrounds to share their stories, cultivating empathy and solidarity within the community. The project envisions a dynamic space for young people to learn, create, and contribute to a more inclusive society.
Key objectives include:
- Empowerment Through Creativity: Providing youth with tools to express themselves artistically, boosting their confidence and self-esteem.
- Intercultural Dialogue: Promoting meaningful interactions among youth from various cultural backgrounds through workshops and art exhibitions, fostering diversity appreciation and reducing stereotypes.
- Skill Development: Offering opportunities to enhance skills in art, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving, improving participants‘ future
employability. - Raising Awareness on Social Issues: Creating art to address social challenges faced by marginalized groups, raising awareness and promoting advocacy.
- Building Supportive Networks: Facilitating connections and collaboration among young people to strengthen community bonds and create future initiatives.
Impact:
- Increased Awareness: Promoting Erasmus+ program opportunities for youth in Norway through local newspapers, radio, and TV, leading to greater visibility of the program.
- Youth Empowerment: Engaging young people in Youth Exchanges (YE) to develop their leadership skills, with the goal of empowering them to become future project and group leaders, spreading knowledge to new participants.
- Local Partnership: Collaborating with local volunteer organizations to support the hosting of YE, assist in dissemination, and raise awareness about Erasmus+ opportunities.
- Post-Project Workshops: Organizing workshops for relevant age groups after YE 2025 to continue non-formal education activities, share information about Erasmus+, and recruit newcomers for future projects.
PRE-PREPARATION MEETING & EXPECTATIONS: MARCH 31 – APRIL 4 2025 IN GRIMSTAD, NORWAY
- Project Planning: Refining the project’s goals, activities, timelines, and roles, following previous meetings since May 2024.
- Logistical Arrangements: Assessing venue selection, accommodation, and transportation to ensure smooth implementation.
- Building Relationships and Cultural Exchange: Gaining insights into each partner’s cultural context to enrich the project.
- Expected outcomes include a shared understanding of the project, a detailed plan, strengthened partnerships, and a comprehensive assessment of logistical needs. This Preparatory Visit will create a solid foundation for a successful project and long-term collaboration.
Profile of participants for the preparatory meeting:
Each country will send one-two representatives:
- Group Leader (obligatory) – 24 years or older, responsible for coordinating and handling the logistics of the national group. Previous experience with youth exchange is highly recommended, as well as knowledge of non-formal education. Fluent English required.
- Youth or Accompanying Person (voluntary) – If a youth participates in the preparatory meeting, must be a previous participant from the YE in Molfetta/Giovinazzo in April 2024. An accompanying person shares responsibility for the group with the group leader.
YOUTH EXCHANGE 19. AUGUST – 26. AUGUST 2025
PROFILE OF PARTICIPANTS for the Youth Exchange:
- The project will involve both previous and new participants, with a focus on ensuring continuity and diversity.
- Previous participants from the „Inclusion Through Art“ project should be given priority for participation in this project. Previous Participants (YE Molfetta/Giovinazo April/2024) will bring valuable experience, knowledge sharing, and practical application. New Participants will benefit from the project’s mentoring and leadership aspects, contributing to its development.
- English at a communicative level.
- Special attention will be given to those with fewer opportunities. The organization will include 2-3 participants with fewer opportunities.
- Expectations include active participation (before – during – after EY), openness to feedback, and contributions to the project’s visibility and dissemination.
- The age group: young people aged 16-19, aligning with the objectives of youth mobility and development. Participants will be diverse in background, skills, and xperiences, playing a vital role in achieving the project’s sustainability, community engagement, and personal growth goals.
- Each partner is sending a group of seven participants between 16 and 19 years old, one accompanying person, and one group leader – both at least 24 years old.
