ERASMUS+, Klíčová akce 1: tréninkový kurz

Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu ERASMUS+ jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů je kompletně (ze 100%) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu ERASMUS+ a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) (v případě tohoto projektu) z místa bydliště do místa konání projekt. Prosím berte na vědomí, že u českého týmu je možná jen a pouze pozemní doprava (= pouze autobusy/vlaky). Max. rozpočet na proplacení cest. nákladů: €285/účastník

Popis projektu:
The training will take place in the sands tone mountains and forests of Swiss Saxony, where our base at Auf dem Kulm in Weißig offers an ideal setting for immersive outdoor learning. Over the course of the week, participants will develop key expedition skills: planning and risk management, navigation and logistics , group process facilitation,
and first aid in outdoor environments. The programme will combine guided hikes, technical workshops, mindfulness and reflection exercises, and culminate in a two-night expedition where participant s take full responsibility for managing terrain, weather, and group dynamics . By stepping outside every day routines and into an ex tended learning environment, youth workers will be challenged to deepen their practice, strengthen their confidence, and connect outdoor education to the wider goal s of participation and non-formal learning.
Important notes:
- The programme is demanding, including bivouac expeditions under the stars.
- Participants should be prepared mentally and physically, as conditions will be basic and challenging.
- There is a 50 EUR participation fee; however, each participant will receive a piece of high-quality outdoor equipment.
Project aims:
- Expedition Leadership & Safety: Develop the ability to plan and lead multi-day outdoor expeditions with an emphasis on risk assessment, safeguarding, and responsible group management.
- Navigation & Logistics: Strengthen practical competence in navigation, equipment use, and expedition logistics, while applying sustainable approaches to mobility and resource planning.
- Inclusive Outdoor Facilitation: Explore methods for creating outdoor learning environment s that are inclusive, accessible, youth-centred, and built on respect, participation, and trust.
- Recognition & Dissemination: Consolidate learning through Youthpass and co-create open educational resources that allow knowledge and practice to be shared beyond the training.
Accommodation
We will be staying in the „Auf dem Kulm“ project space and campsite
The project space is located in the town of Weissig overlooking some of the most beautiful scenery of the Swiss-
Saxony national park.
ACCOMMODATION will be in shared rooms accommodating between 4-8 people. There will not be internet available in the Venue. There is night-time silence on the entire premises from 10 p.m.

During the project, participants will be in charge of preparing their food with the group.
During the project, we plan a lot of outdoor activities according to the weather. Be prepared for rainy days as well. A detailed schedule will be provided during the online meeting.
EQUIPMENT:
During the project expeditions (2-3 nights), we will stay outdoors in the Saxon Switzerland National Park, sleeping in simple bivouacs under the stars.
This unique adventure offers a chance to connect directly with nature and experience some of the most stunning landscapes in the region.
Accommodation will be entirely outdoors in bivouacs style – no cabins or tents are provided. Nights will be spent in the open air, so it is essential to bring a high-quality sleeping bag and a insulating mat for comfort and safety.
Please note: there is no internet access in the forest natural areas.
