ERASMUS+, Klíčová akce 1: tréninkový kurz

Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu ERASMUS+ jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů je kompletně (ze 100%) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu ERASMUS+ a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a zpět. Rozpočet na proplacení cest. nákladů je určen dle způsobu dopravy následovně:
- €395 v případě letecké dopravy,
- €535 v případě pozemní dopravy (= pouze autobusy/vlaky).

Popis projektu:
The aim of TC “WOMEN ENTREPRENEURSHIP ROOM ESCAPE GENERATOR” is to equip youth workers with innovative gamification methodologies to foster female and social entrepreneurship. Through game-based learning dynamics, participants will develop advanced pedagogical tools to empower young women entrepreneurs and strengthen their business competences.
Objectives:
- Train youth workers in strategies for female and social entrepreneurship
- Strengthen key competences in business education through playful approaches
- Incorporate gamification tools to increase the accessibility and attractiveness of entrepreneurship training
- Promote gender equity in the business ecosystem and foster female youth leadership
Activities: Workshops in plenary and teams, outdoor and indoor activities, intercultural evening, visits, reflection and evaluation according to agenda
Countries: Bulgaria (2 participants), Italy (3), Croatia (2), Serbia (3), Portugal (3), Romania (2), Czechia (2), Poland (2), Türkiye (2), Spain (4)
Participants: 26 pax from 8-11 different countries (including Spain). Youth workers with innovative pedagogical methodologies that employ gamification and game-based learning to enhance business education and female leadership.
Methodology: the activities of the project, based on the principles of non-formal education, include the creation of teams, simulations, debates, work groups, evaluation sessions, performances and visits, as well as reflection for the development of Youthpass and various workshops based on the principle of learning by doing…
Participants‘ profile:
- The training course is open for youth workers, educators, project managers, NGO coordinators, and individuals actively engaged in educational technology and innovative learning strategies.
- Participants should be working with youth and/or be motivated to explore topic of multicultural work and learning, its peculiarities.
- Participants have to participate in the whole duration of the TC and attend all activities.
- Selected participants are in charge of dissemination and visibility activities online and offline.
