Erasmus+, Klíčová Akce 1: výměna mládeže

Přípravné předprojektové setkání (Advance Planning Visit = APV): 9.—11. březen 2026, Mollina, Málaga, Španělsko. Tohoto setkání se zúčastní jeden zástupce za český tým (group leader). V tomto termínu se setkají organizátoři se zástupci všech národních skupin, projdou si místo konání a proberou program aktivit nadcházející výměny mládeže. Group leader se musí zúčastnit jak APV v březnu tak samotné výměny mládeže v červnu.
- Výměna mládeže: Mollina, Málaga, Španělsko, 5.—11. červen 2026.
Český tým: 4 účastníci (ve věku 18-30 let) + 1 group leader (ve věku 21+)
Před tím, než se přihlásíte na jakýkoliv náš projekt, důkladně si přečtěte všechny informace v sekci Chci vyjet na projekt a seznamte se s Pravidly účasti na zahr. projektech.
Aktuálně je přihlašování otevřeno jen a pouze pro pozici group leadera. Přihlašování pro účastníky bude otevřeno až bude obsazeno místo group leadera.

Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu ERASMUS+ jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů je kompletně (ze 100%) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu ERASMUS+ a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a to max. do výše €395/účastník.

What is this project about?
The world around us is full of diversity — people, stories, and cultures that make our communities vibrant and unique. BeColorful! is a youth exchange that promotes social inclusion and diversity through creative artistic expression. This project uses art as a tool to bring people together, break stereotypes, and celebrate what makes each of us different. Through painting, theatre, dance, and other creative forms, we will explore how art can inspire empathy, connection and understanding.
What do we want to achieve together?
In this youth exchange, we will focus on three key goals:
• Promoting social inclusion. You will learn how art can be used to overcome barriers and create more welcoming and inclusive spaces.
• Celebrating diversity. You will discover the beauty of different identities, perspectives, and cultures, and how they can coexist harmoniously.
• Empowering young people through creativity. You will experiment with various artistic tools to express your ideas, emotions, and values, developing your confidence and cooperation skills.
Why does it matter?
In times when many communities face discrimination and division, art becomes a universal language that unites people beyond words. BeColorful! is an opportunity to learn from others, to reflect on the meaning of inclusion and equality, and to experience how creativity can make social change possible.
What can you expect?
During the exchange, you will take part in interactive workshops, team challenges, artistic sessions, and intercultural evenings. This will be a safe and inspiring environment where you can learn, create, and have fun while discovering your potential in a multicultural setting.
At the end of the youth exchange, all participants will receive a Youthpass Certificate from the European Commission as recognition of their learning process throughout the project.
Participants‘ profile:
• Participants must be legal residents in the country of the sending organization and be between 18 and 30 years old.
• Be interested and motivated by the themes of the project.
• Participants who are willing to contribute to follow-up and dissemination activities.
• Show interest in living an intercultural experience in a European context and be open to communicating in English.
Group leader’s profile:
Added requirements for youth leaders:
• Over 21 years old and with previous experience in projects.
• Communication skills, social skills, responsibility and leadership.
• Attend the preparatory visit in Mollina from March 9 to 11 and participate as a group leader during the youth exchange.
• Be willing to guide the participants and support them in the learning process, as well as guarantee that said process takes place in a safe environment.
• Have at least an intermediate level of English.
