ERASMUS+, Klíčová akce 1: výměna mládeže

Časový rozvrh této výměny mládeže:
- Přípravné předprojektové setkání (Advance Planning Visit = APV): 22.—25. březen 2024. Tohoto přípravného předprojektového setkání se za ČR zúčastní group leader české skupiny + jeden účastník. APV účastníci se pak musí zúčastnit i výměny mládeže v květnu. Co obnáší účast na APV najdete zde.
- Online assignments
- Výměna mládeže: 22. duben—3. květen 2024, Ommen, Nizozemí
- Zorganizování místních aktivit (v ČR): v termínu od května do 15. července. Prosím nehlaste se na tento projekt, pokud nejste schopni (či ochotni) zorganizovat aktivity (workshopy) ve své komunitě (škole, kroužku, volnočovasovém středisku, atp.)
Český tým: 4 účastníci (ve věku 18—30 let) + 1 group leader (ve věku 18+, bez horního věkového omezení)

Pokud máte zájem se na tento projekt přihlásit, prosím důkladně si přečtete info-pack. Prosím zamyslete se, jak do tohoto projektu zapadáte vy (viz „participants‘ profile“ níže). Pokud máte zájem se na tento projekt přihlásit jako náhradníci, prosím odešlete vyplněnou přihlášku co nejdříve.
Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu ERASMUS+ jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů je kompletně (ze 100%) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu ERASMUS+ a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) do max. výše €275 (v případě tohoto projektu) z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a zpět.
Na této výměně mládeže si samotná hostitelská organizace bude vybírat účastnický poplatek ve výši €50/účastník. Účastníkům však bude vypláceno €275 za jejich cest. náklady a to bez ohledu na výši jejich cest. nákladů

Popis projektu:
Creative Crossroads is for you if you’re a young person (age between 18 and 30) who wants to learn how to approach life challenges creatively.
About the project…
The project involves diverse artistic practices such as dance, theatre, crafting, painting, and music as primary tools for experiential learning and personal growth.
The exchange will bring together 40 youngsters and 10 group leaders from 10 countries. Our goal is to nurture personal growth and shared learning through expressive arts.

Participants‘ profile:
- You are aged between 18 and 30.
- You are willing to develop skills like communication, cooperation, creativity, and problem-solving.
- You may feel uncertain about your current life situation and future steps.
- You are encountering social, economic, or geographical challenges and are seeking creative solutions to overcome them.
- You have limited experience in living and working internationally.
- You wish to exchange best practices, engage in creative arts activities, and learn from other young individuals.
- You are excited to participate in the project’s
- Online Assignments, Youth Exchange, and Local Action Phase/Follow-up.
Group leader’s profile:
- You are 18+
- You’ve been in a Youth Exchange before and you want to learn more about coordinating these exchanges.
- You want to explore your leading style and conduct meetings and reflection sessions with your international group.
- You’re open to working in a lively group, using expressive arts for learning.
- You like sharing ideas and practices with others.
- Taking initiative and standing accountable are two elements that are important to you and you want to put them into practice.
- You’re committed to being part of all project phases, like the APV, Online Assignments, Youth Exchange, and Local Action Phase/Follow-up
- You’re supportive and inclusive, committed to helping others learn through conversations.
Key learnings:
- Build up communication, teamwork, and creativity through expressive arts methods.
- Pick up problem-solving skills for various challenges in your daily life.
- Boost your confidence by leading activities and learning to make clear agreements.
- Explore new creative approaches to handle tough situations.
- Dive into entertaining games, role-plays, and cultural activities like the “Interactive Flash Mob“ challenge.
- Connect with locals in the Netherlands, build playful contexts, and experience on-the- spot creation.
- Organise and facilitate, together with your national group, learning activities based on expressive arts.
- Expand your horizons by learning about traditions, customs, and cultural differences.
- Develop lasting friendships with people from Europe and explore opportunities that align with your goals.
- After the project, you’ll have the chance to earn a Youthpass certificate recognizing your non-formal and informal learning in Erasmus+ projects.
The project is all about learning by doing where you actively take part and shape your own experience.

Get ready to be part of an international group working with others in pairs, trios, and different-sized groups. Don’t worry if you’re not a pro in expressive arts – it is not a must!
The space is designed for everyone to express themselves and be heard. It’s a unique way to connect & grow together.
We use various tools such as expressive arts, role-play, dance, reflection sessions, and group work to make the
experience exciting and diverse.
