ERASMUS+, Klíčová akce 1: tréninkový kurz
Časový rozvrh této mobility:
- Přípravné předprojektové setkání (Advance Planning Visit = APV): 3.—5. červenec 2024, Jerevan, Arménie. Tohoto přípravného předprojektového setkání se za ČR zúčastní dva zástupci českého týmu. APV účastníci se zúčastní jak APV tak samotného tréninkového kurzu v srpnu. Co obnáší účast na APV najdete zde. (není to žádná věda a zvládne to opravdu každý)

Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu ERASMUS+ jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů je kompletně (ze 100%) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu ERASMUS+ a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) a to max. do výše €360/účastník.
Samotná hostitelská organizace si bude vybírat účastnický poplatek ve výši €30/účastník.

MoveOn! Moving Towards Gender Sensitive Youth Work in Europe
About the project:
The „MoveON – Moving Towards Gender Sensitive Youth Work in Europe“ is a comprehensive, long-term project with the overarching goal of raising awareness about gender perspectives and challenges in Europe among youth workers, youth leaders, and young people. It is aimed at equipping participants with the necessary skills to develop high-quality projects and non-formal activities within the framework of Erasmus+. The project seeks to address gender-related issues and explore adaptable solutions within organizations and daily life in various European societies.
Throughout the project, participants will exchange experiences, explore gender-based discrimination, and gain insights into gender perspectives across Europe. The goal is to foster a deeper understanding of gender issues and promote gender equality in youth work. Additionally, the project aims to facilitate networking among participants, encouraging collaborative projects that promote gender equality under Erasmus+.
Throughout the Training Course, participants will engage in diverse activities, including discussions, presentations, field visits, and skill development sessions. Topics covered will include gender mainstreaming, combating gender discrimination, addressing gender-based violence, exploring feminism, developing gender sensitive approaches in youth work, creating non-formal education activities for use during the Youth Exchange, and crafting equality „Action Plans“ for their respective organizations.
Main objectives:
The project pursues the following objectives:
- A) Facilitating the exchange of experiences, best practices, and knowledge among youth workers and organizations on gender mainstreaming and women’s empowerment.
- B) Enhancing participants‘ knowledge and understanding of gender-related concepts while emphasizing the significance of gender equality in youth work.
- C) Creating a space for learning about gender issues by comparing realities in the European Union and neighboring
partner countries. - D) Promoting gender sensitivity in youth work and fostering gender-sensitive approaches within participating organizations.
- E) Encouraging networking among participants and supporting the development of joint projects under Erasmus+ to advance gender equality.
- F) Strengthening the support systems for youth activities and building the capacities of youth organizations to establish partnerships.
Participants‘ profile:
The participants for our project will be selected primarily by the partner organizations involved in the project. We’re looking for youth workers from these partner organizations who are enthusiastic about promoting gender equality through their youth work but might lack the resources to fully analyze social and political events.
This limitation hinders their professional growth and capacity to find innovative solutions for social and political issues while meeting the needs of the young people they work with.
