ERASMUS+, Klíčová akce 1: tréninkový kurz

Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu ERASMUS+ jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů je kompletně (ze 100%) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu ERASMUS+ a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) do max. výše €275 (v případě tohoto projektu) z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a zpět.

Content of the Thematic Awareness Training:
The target group is formed of peers trainers as well as trainers and youth workers who want to explore further and acquire more skills in organising activities on the topic of gender equality through peer education.
The common factor of the participants will be their personal and professional need and honest willingness to deal concretely with the topic and take effective social action after the training. For that purpose, the selection procedure will be carried out through an accurate applicant questionnaire, checking the candidates‘ motivations and, above all, their potential for organising actions and projects tackling the different topics in their local environments.

Ofensiva Tinerilor Association was founded in 2004, promoting European values being an integral part of its purpose. Our mission is to provide young people with accessible educational opportunities to help them reach their full potential. We do this by educating students through non-formal activities on social issues such as diversity, gender equality, inclusion, antibullying and non-discrimination.
Moreover, we offer youth workers and teachers the opportunity to personally experience the programs we offer and learn about different working practices in peer-to-peer education.
What we offer:
Every year, we organize both Thematic Awareness Trainings (to familiarize with our methodologies) and Train-the-Trainer activities (to develop facilitation skills) on the topics covered by our programs. We aim for participants to use the skills they have acquired locally, in the communities where they usually work, and to report on their achievements and the challenges they have encountered.
Good to know/participants‘ profile:
- Participants should be involved in youth work, being part of the staff or volunteers of the sending organization. All participants who would like to join this training course, would need to have a sending organization, who will sign a short mandate form with us before sending the participant, in order to formalize our partnership.
- Participants will be selected according to their motivation to participate in the training and the willingness to be part of the learning journey.
