ERASMUS+, Klíčová akce 1: tréninkový kurz

Před tím, než se přihlásíte na jakýkoliv náš projekt, důkladně si přečtěte všechny informace v sekci Chci vyjet na projekt a seznamte se s Pravidly účasti na zahr. projektech.
Pokud máte zájem se na tento projekt přihlásit, prosím důkladně si přečtete info-pack. Prosím zamyslete se, jak do tohoto projektu zapadáte vy (viz „participants‘ profile“ níže). Pokud máte zájem se na tento projekt přihlásit jako náhradníci, prosím odešlete vyplněnou přihlášku co nejdříve.
Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu ERASMUS+ jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů je kompletně (ze 100%) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu ERASMUS+ a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) do max. výše €275 (v případě tohoto projektu) z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a zpět.
Na tomto projektu si hostitelská organizace bude vybírat účastnický poplatek ve výši €20/účastník.

Popis projektu:
„Show me your tools” is a training course that will take place in Romania between 4 and 13 december 2023 with 34 participants and 4 experts
The aim of the project is to develop professional competences for youth workers and provide them a set of tools to be used in future Erasmus + common projects.
This training course is for youth worker with experience in youth work, aged over 20 years old. Erasmus students and ESC volunteers at time of mobility are not eligible. Participants should be citizens of sending countries or legal residents for at least until end of 2024.
Objectives:
- increasing youth workers’ key competences and their potential of involving in projects as trainers and facilitators
- provide to youth workers a set of non-formal education tools according to Erasmus + new priorities(green, digital, inclusion, civic engagement)
- expanding European cooperation between youth association for implementation of future common projects
The methodology is based on nonformal education methods including presentations, world café, theater, round tables,debates, video creation, role plays etc. The project activities will be preparation, introduction, getting to know eachother, workshops in plenary and teams, outdoor activities, intercultural evenings, visits, reflection and evaluation according to agenda.
Final products expected: a guide with nonformal education tools and a visual campaign to promote nonformal education and Erasmus +
Accommodation : Vila Cristina Busteni – in rooms of 2 or 3 beds with private bathroom and shower
Food will be served at the restaurant of the pension and there will be 3 meals every day and coffee breaks.
Activities : will be in the same place in different rooms. Some of the activities will be outdoor.
