Erasmus+, Klíčová Akce 1: výměna mládeže
Termín konání: 18.—28. duben 2026
Místo konání: Garlstedt, Osterholz Scharmbeck, Německo s dvoudenní návštěvou evropských institucí v Bruselu, Belgii (21.—23. duben)
Český tým: 7 účastníků (ve věku 18-30) + 1 group leader (ve věku 18+).
Group leader je zodpovědný za domlouvání setkání s českými europoslanci, či českými zástupci v Evropské komisi nebo na Stálém zastoupení ČR při EU, které proběhnou během dvoudenní návštěvy evropských institucí v Bruselu (v termínu 21.—23. duben).

Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu ERASMUS+ jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů je kompletně (ze 100%) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu ERASMUS+ a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a to dle způsobu dopravy:
- €309 v případě letecké dopravy,
- €411 v případě pozemní dopravy (= pouze autobusy/vlaky).
Prosím berte na vědomí, že u tohoto projektu si samotná hostitelská organizace bude vybírat účastnický poplatek ve výši €50/účastník.

Popis projektu:
„EUtopia: Shaping Our Future” is going to be a youth exchange organized in Garlstedt in Germany, with a study visit to Brussels, Belgium, which will include 42 young people and 6 group leaders from 6 different countries: Italy, Ukraine, Czechia, Greece, Spain, and Germany.
Far right populism is on the rise throughout Europe, with parties who represent those ideologies getting into power, or becoming the main opposition, in many countries’ national governments. This trend is also reflected in the EU parliament, which has a higher representation from these parties than ever before after the elections in 2024. With this activity, we want to explore this trend, in order to help young people understand how it affects our politics and our allies today. With the participants of this exchange, we want to imagine what a perfect future is for them (their (E)Utopia), and explore what the EU institutions need to do realise it, and why extreme right-wing populism may threaten this future.
On this exchange, which will be NaturKultur’s 8th exchange on the topic of European politics, the participants will get the opportunity to gain a more comprehensive understanding of how EU politics functions, and gain an idea of how policy making takes place through simulations of and visits to EU institutions, and discussions with MEPs.
Objectives:
- Develop knowledge on how EU institutions function, and how EU policy is created
- Understand the reasons for the rise of far-right populism, and the mechanisms used by the proprietors of this ideology
- Discuss how far-right populism can affect our politics, both now and in the future
- Exchange on how this movement has gained traction in each of the countries involved in this exchange
- Discuss what are priorities for young people in the EU for both the short-term and long-term
- Talk directly with MEPs to understand how they are contributing to the achievement of these priorities
Information about the trip to Brussels:
- During the trip to Brussels, we will visit the European Parliament, the European Commission, and also meet with MEPs who represent the various countries participating on the exchange.
- There will also be free time to explore Brussels and visit its historical sites
- All meals for Brussels trip will also be covered, either with organised meals, or with pocket money for food
- The visits to the European Commission and European Parliament will be organised by NaturKultur.
- Participants will be responsible for organising meetings with their chosen MEPs. The group leader will be responsible for coordinating these efforts.
- We will have an online, advance planning meeting with all groups leaders in order to assist with the planning of the Brussels trip approximately 2 months before the start of the exchange. Date to be confirmed.
