ERASMUS+, Klíčová akce 1: výměna mládeže

Advance Planning Visit (APV = přípravné předprojektové setkání): 25.—27. srpen. APV se bude konat v Athénách, v Řecku a zúčastní pouze group leader za každý tým. 25. 8. je příletový den, 27. 8. je odletový den.
Český tým: 6 účastníků (ve věku 16—26 let) + 1 group leader (ve věku 18—35).

Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu ERASMUS+ jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů je kompletně (ze 100%) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu ERASMUS+ a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) do max. výše €275 (v případě tohoto projektu) z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a zpět.

Popis projektu:
Aeithales [Αειθαλές]: Greek compound word [αεί: forever + θάλλω: blossom] which, referring to a person means “the one who manages to stay young, vital and vigorous” and referring to nature, literally means “the tree that keeps its leaves during the whole year” [e.g., the olive tree].
We have decided to name this Youth Exchange after this phrase, since we would like to pass the proper environmental messages to the youngsters, so they can be more informed and decisively aware around this global, “hot potato” topic.
Rapid Climate Change is here, and this is a fact! There is no excuse for any of us not to be informed about the hottest global issue, which does not exist only in papers, but we experience it every day in our lives. The youngsters must raise the flag of action and they must take care of their own future. They have to find ways to protect themselves and the environment itself by following good practices and by generating new ideas around this severe, universal social concern.
As we already know, the problems and the side effects of the vast climate change, are in front of us all, and they will be stronger if we don’t start, immediately “Think Green”.
The main target of this Youth Exchange is to raise awareness about the environmental problems to the European Youth, to activate them more, to make them part of the solution to this problem, to make them change way of life and to adapt new standards of living, more attached to the Green and Sustainable way of Living, contributing this way to the building of an “Aeithales” Environment.
For this, 58 participants, 16-26 years old, will participate in this project in their common effort to make the first step by learning a little bit more about the Environmental issues, to develop new life values and attitudes, to adapt green practices and habits, to discuss about the topic to their countries, to exchange ideas and best practices and to express themselves about their individual and wider concerns.
Accommodation:
Venue – Camping “Nisi” in Raches Fthiotidas
The project will take place in the beautiful camping called “Nisi” (https://nisi.com.gr/en/about-us-en/) which functions as Multi-use venue – Educational Center in Greece. Sports, cultural and social events, playground and accommodation, in a fantastic environment by the sea! For further information please check the link above.
The participants must be aware of the following:
- They will stay in the same tent with a group of people – participants of the Youth Exchange, even from different nationality. The tents are big enough and cozy to host more than one or two participants.
- There is no need to bring your own sheets or pillows because the camping provides them. The participants will be responsible for the safety of their belongings inside and outside the tents. Of course, there is no danger inside the camping but it’s better
to be aware. - The distribution of participants inside the tents will be according to the gender and not according to the countries. All participants must know that once they are placed into the tents, no changes will be made. No issue of this kind will be further discussed. After all, one of the main targets of the Erasmus+ Program is the intercultural interaction.
- During the main activity, there will be a Chef who will take care of the meals. Everyday, a group of participants will be formatted, selected by each country and they will assist the Chef to the preparation and the cleaning of the kitchen area. Everyday a different group of assistants will be formatted. At the same time, all the participants will be responsible for keeping the area absolutely clean (including all surroundings) and after the meals must take care of any trash and to bring back their tableware to the kitchen.
