ERASMUS+, Klíčová akce 1: tréninkový kurz

Časová osa tohoto tréninkového kurzu:
- Online assignments,
- Seminář: 3.—12. červenec 2024, Ommen, Nizozemí,
- Zorganizování místních aktivit (v ČR): v termínu od července do září. Prosím nehlaste se na tento projekt, pokud nejste ochotni zorganizovat aktivity (workshopy) ve své komunitě (organizaci, škole, kroužku, volnočovasovém středisku, atp.)
- Follow Up (Check-in Online meeting) – koncem října 2024.

Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu ERASMUS+ jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů je kompletně (ze 100%) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu ERASMUS+ a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) do max. výše €275 (v případě tohoto projektu) z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a zpět.
Na tomto tréninkovém kurzu si samotná hostitelská organizace bude vybírat účastnický poplatek ve výši €50/účastník. Účastníkům však bude vypláceno €275 za jejich cest. náklady a to bez ohledu na výši jejich cest. nákladů

Popis projektu:
Project dedicated to young professionals…including Youth Workers, Coordinators, Facilitators, Educators, Mentors and Leaders
The project strives to equip Young Professionals (youth workers, educators, coordinators, mentors) and Youth Organisations with Theatre of the Oppressed tools and methodologies, as well as new artistic pedagogy skills
We aim to identify societal issues and challenge the sources of their oppression in a safe and inclusive space. This way supporting and creating impact together with our target groups, organisations and communities.
Participants‘ profile
This project is for you if:
- you are 20+
- you are a youth worker (coordinator, facilitator, educator, mentor, leader)
- Have curiosity and interest in how to better support your target group and community
- You are actively working with marginalized groups who face obstacles in life
- You are motivated and enthusiastic to learn enthusiastic to learn the Theatre of the Oppressed methodology and implement it in yourwork
- You are committed to participating in all the phases of the project: Online assignments, Seminar, Local phase implementation
