Creative Entrepreneurship will gather 27 young people from 15 countries who need to empower their competence and skills on creative entrepreneurship and youth workers.

Most of the young people in todays world face the limited job opportunities. The economical crises has been a great effect on raising the unemployment rate throughout Europe. The young people who have fewer opportunities have been prevented from taking part in international mobility, Youth in Action projects, active participation in society and gain competence and skills on finding jobs or establishing their own business. „Creative Entrepreneurship“ training course is organized to fight against unemployment and it will point the obstacles of young people who cannot participate in the working world. It will provide a support for realizing of their ideas by presenting local, national and international funding possibilities for both in YiA projects and in their own enterprises. The project will present tools for the young people who are in need of encouragement to think and act innovatively in their society with new skills and competence as active citizens who have self-esteem with the methods of case study, role play, discussion, group work, simulation game, self reflection, open space and brainstorming. It will raise creative thinking of young people with the follow-up youth exchanges and the youth workers who are working with this profile in their organizations will have an opportunity find tools to enable a better access to the labor market. Creative Entrepreneurship will gather 27 young people who need to empower their competence and skills on creative entrepreneurship and the youth workers who are working with this profile in their organizations from Slovenia, Slovak Republic, Romania, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Czech Republic, Poland, Greece, Malta, Sweden, Portugal, Spain and Turkey during 7 days in Izmir, Turkey.
