Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu ERASMUS+ jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů je kompletně (ze 100%) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu ERASMUS+ a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) do max. výše €360 (v případě tohoto projektu) z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a zpět.

Popis projektu:
Training on improving youth work tools and methods on fighting against online and offline hatespeech and hate crime towards minorities including roma, refugee and migrant young people.
Themes of the training
Address hate speech and hate crime strongly present in communities and countries all around Europetowards especially minorities including roma, refugees and migrants. Hate speech and hate crime canhave devastating impact on young people self-confidence, self-believe and health. That is why it isimportant to address it and fight it.
The overall aim of the training is to improve intercultural competences of youth workers for thembeing capable to invent and implement youth work methods and tools on preventing and dealing withonline and offline hate speech and hate crime among young people especially towards minorities,including roma, refugees and migrants young people.
Learning objectives:
- To deeper understanding of the participants and participating organizations on the roots, forms andconsequences of hate speech, especially on the link between hate speech and hate crime;
- To increase competences of the participants and participating organizations to address offline andonline hate speech in their communities and contribute to breaking stereotypes, prejudices,discrimination and racism that are facing various groups in participating countries, especiallyminorities including refugees and migrants;
- To develop competences of the participants and participating organizations to create and launchcampaigns, awareness raising actions fighting the roots of hate speech and hate crime and fightingdiscrimination and racism;
- To strengthen competences of the participants to effectively use various media, including social one,as tools for awareness raising on the issue of online and offline hate speech and hate crime;
- To develop communication, teamwork and leaderships skills of the participants in interculturalsettings;
- To support creation of new contacts among the participants and their organizations and developnew projects ideas that could be implemented with support of Erasmus+ Programme
Methodology:
The training will be based on non-formal learning methodology such as: name games, ice-breakers,team building activities, discussions on non-formal education and its elements, presentation ofYouthpass, exploring key competences through group work, energizers, individual work, group work,interactive inputs on main topics, discussions, debates, role plays on stereotypes, prejudices, simulation on social exclusion. During the days the participants will take part in reflection groups toreflect on their learning process. Participants will receive input on key elements of campaigns, will getto know several tools that they can use in the process of creating campaigning. Participants will beresponsible to launch these campaigns in their communities. Experienced international trainers teamwill set up the learning environment and facilitate the learning process. The training course will be learner-centred.
Participants‘ profile:
- Youth workers, youth leaders, social workers, psychologists, teachers older than 18 and directlyworking with young people with fewer opportunities general and especially young people withmimorities, roma, refugees and migrants background;
- Ready to take part in the whole training;
- Having at least one international youth work experience within Erasmus+ programme,
- Have organizational support for further activities;
- To be able to communicate English language.
