Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu ERASMUS+ jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů je kompletně (ze 100%) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu ERASMUS+ a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) do max. výše €360 (v případě tohoto projektu) z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a zpět.

Popis projektu:
The Youth Exchange “My Inner Sky”, is a project organized by Douro Youth (Association) has as its main topic the mental health of youngsters.
Youth is a critically important stage of life for the mental health and well-being of individuals, not just because this is when young people develop autonomy, self-control, social interaction and learning, but also because the capabilities formed in this period directly influence their mental health for the rest of their lives. Negative experiences – such as disappointment or stress to enter in the labor market– can have enduring damaging effects on the development of core cognitive and emotional skills.
In the European Region, there is a high and increasing rate of mental and behavioral health problems in youngsters at population level.
Half of all mental health problems in adulthood have their onset during adolescence.
Suicide is the leading cause of death among youngsters in low- and middle- income countries and the second leading cause in high-income countries in the European Region.
Young people who are disadvantaged – including minorities and migrants – are particularly affected.
With this in mind, the present project entitled “My Inner Sky” aims to help youngsters to learn how to deal with mental disorders, fostering methods to overcome the mental health disorders to prepare the youngsters for the new market realities.
During the project, participants will be familiarized with methodologies that will help youngsters to overcome and prevent mental health disorders, deconstructing the concept and getting to know some success stories.
In addition, they will also be called to explore the topic through practical and dynamic sessions where they will learn to work on their ideas.
These activities will culminate in the creation of a First Aid Kit, with methods of work with the youngsters to overcome mental health disorders, which will provide youngsters an important tool to overcome it.
The activities are always arranged in a non-formal learning perspective, participatory methodologies that enable participants to learn in a practical and reflective way.
The importance of sharing information and education among participants of different realities and scenarios, as well as the exchange of experiences among the partner associations should be mentioned.
