ERASMUS+, Klíčová akce 1: výměna mládeže

Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu). Bez platného pasu není možný vstup na území Turecka. Více informací přímo na stránkách Ministerstva zahraničních věcí zde.
V rámci programu ERASMUS+ jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů je kompletně (ze 100%) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu ERASMUS+ a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) do max. výše €275 (v případě tohoto projektu) z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a zpět.
Prosím berte na vědomí, že hostitelská organizace si bude vybírat účastnický poplatek ve výši €50, který slouží na pokrytí zvýšených nákladů na ubytování (ve 4-hvězdičkovém all-inclusive hotelu).

Popis projektu:
The „Photography as a Tool for Social Inclusion“ project is a 9-day youth exchange involving 44 participants from Germany, Macedonia, Turkey, Romania, Czechia, and Spain. This project aims to bridge intercultural, intergenerational, and social divides by using photography as a medium to promote dialogue, diversity, and tolerance.
Participants will enhance their communication, presentation, and self-expression skills while learning the methods and tools of photography and creative imaging. By interacting with peers from different cultures and working on joint projects, participants will develop their intercultural skills, creativity, and digital competencies. The project also focuses on enriching participants‘ knowledge of the Erasmus+ Programme and encouraging active participation in volunteering activities under the European Solidarity Corps (ESC). Through non-formal education techniques, the project aims to improve the quality of activities offered by participating organizations and foster social inclusion. The outcomes will include a series of blog posts, social media content, a newsletter, and interactive presentations, which will be shared widely to promote the benefits of photography and digital media in fostering intercultural understanding.
Objectives:
- To promote intercultural dialogue, diversity, and tolerance among young people from different cultures and countries.
- To improve participants‘ communication, presentation, and self-expression skills, enabling them to express their opinions effectively.
- To strengthen participants‘ knowledge of photography and creative imaging as tools to explore other cultures and their values and traditions.
- To develop participants‘ intercultural skills by providing opportunities to interact and work with peers from different European countries and the local community.
- To increase participants‘ creativity and creative abilities and develop their skills in using digital media effectively.
- To enrich participants‘ digital competencies in tools such as Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop, Google Drive/Dropbox, Canva, Trello, Facebook/Instagram, and WordPress.
- To develop participants‘ skills in photo shooting, photo editing, and promoting their work through different digital tools and platforms.
- To increase participants‘ knowledge of the Erasmus+ Programme and its KA1, encouraging active participation in the program and volunteering activities under the ESC.
- To support the exchange of methods and techniques based on non-formal education and contribute to raising the quality of activities offered by participating organizations.
- To provide young people with fewer opportunities the chance to explore and learn techniques within photography and creative imaging, promoting social inclusion.
- To raise awareness of the importance of solidarity and diversity, fighting against stereotypes and prejudices through intercultural learning
Participants‘ profile:
- 1 Group Leader from each country can be 18+
- 6 participants from each country between 18-30
Engage in Photography Activities: - Actively participate in photography sessions and creative imaging workshops.
- Learn and apply techniques in photo shooting, editing, and digital media promotion.
Contribute to Workshops and Discussions: - Participate in workshops and discussions on topics such as intercultural dialogue, diversity, and social inclusion.
- Share personal experiences and cultural stories through photography.
Create Project Outputs: - Contribute to the creation of blog posts, articles, and social media content documenting the exchange.
- Help in the preparation of a newsletter and an interactive presentation of key lessons learned.
Promote Erasmus+ and ESC: - Participate in sessions about the Erasmus+ Programme and European Solidarity Corps.
- Help raise awareness about these programs through interactive presentations and discussions.
Engage with Local Community: - Interact with local community members and share project experiences.
- Participate in activities that promote intercultural understanding and social inclusion.
Provide Feedback and Reflect: - Take part in reflection sessions to discuss the learning process and provide feedback on the program.
- Participate in mid-term and final evaluation sessions to reflect on personal development and project outcomes.
