ERASMUS+, Klíčová akce 1: výměna mládeže

Časový rozvrh této mobility:
- Přípravné předprojektové setkání (Advance Planning Visit = APV): 13.—16. červen 2024. Tohoto přípravného předprojektového setkání se za ČR zúčastní group leader české skupiny a jeden účastník. APV účastníci se zúčastní i samotné výměny mládeže v červenci. Co obnáší účast na APV najdete zde. (není to žádná věda a zvládne to opravdu každý)
- Výměna mládeže: 4.—15. červenec 2024
Český tým: 4 účastníci (ve věku 18—30 let) + 1 group leader (ve věku 18+ let)

Aktuálně je přihlašování otevřeno jen a pouze na pro ty, kteří se mohou zúčastnit jak APV v červnu, tak samotné výměny mládeže v červenci.
Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu ERASMUS+ jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů je kompletně (ze 100%) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu ERASMUS+ a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) a to max. do výše €210/účastník. U tohoto projektu je možná pouze pozemní cesta (autobusy, vlaky).

Popis projektu:
„Seven Notes, One Future“ is a youth exchange that will take place in Zagreb, Croatia from 4th to 15th of July, 2024. The project will involve 25 participants (1 group leader+4 participants per country) from 5 countries: Croatia, Czechia, Italy, Romania and Bulgaria.
The main topic of the project
is the future of young people in nowadays society. Young people are often victims of prejudice and stereotypes from adults and are struggling to make their voice heard. Politics, media and adults don’t take into consideration young people’s thoughts, feelings and ideas. This is a representation of adultism – discrimination based on one’s young age. It is a situation of discrimination in which the voice of young people is unheard and the possibility of being influential is low. During this youth exchange young people will have an opportunity to speak up and influence the society, standing with their own ideas and feelings.
This will be achieved in an artistic way: with the help of group leaders and the logistics support of Glazbena kuća (House of Music), young people will create a 10-track music album. Using music and non-formal education tools, young people will voice their experiences and hopes for the future. The music album will be distributed at Jamendo.com and it will be free to download and share.
The name expresses the cooperation of 25 young people to create a tangible result – a music album. Together in the creative process, they will speak up for themselves and influence the society, contrasting adultism and ageism.
We will achieve that through the language of music. Non-formal education activities include group discussions, jam sessions, songwriting workshops, a live show and recording of an album.
The project aims to:
- allow young musicians and singers to experience recording, cooperative songwriting and live performance;
- give them the opportunity to express themselves freely using music;
- to let their voice be heard without any filter from adults;
- explore inequalities, stereotypes, and prejudice that about different generations; to emphasise the importance of intergenerational dialogue over ageism and adultism.
Group leader’s profile:
- 18+ years old, able to help and support participants‘ learning during the activities;
- People with experience in the topic of the project.
- People who have at least amatuer experience in playing an instrument, singing, composing or songwriting;
- People who have already participated, both as participants and as group leaders, in other Erasmus+ projects (not necessary, but recommended);
- People with a good command of the English language (to communicate in the most effective way with the organisers and to simplify the resolution of any problem that might emerge during the activities);
- Eager to facilitate activities with their national group.
Participants‘ profile:
- Aged between 18 and 30, male and female in the most equal proportion as possible (for underaged people, it will be necessary to obtain an authorisation from parents);
- People interested in the topic (necessary);
- Singers and musicians, even on amateur level (neccessary);
- Young people with fewer opportunities (at least one per country);
- Young people eager to share their experiences and point of view , able to engage in debates and be involved in the recording of a music album.
