ERASMUS+, Klíčová akce 1: tréninkový kurz

Český tým: 3 účastníci (ve věku 18+ let).

Odesláním přihlášky potvrzujete, že v případě vybrání vaší osoby jakožto účastníka tohoto projektu se zavazujete zaplatit účastnický poplatek ve výši 950,- na bankovní účet Evropského centra mládeže Břeclav/European Youth Centre Břeclav z. s. Prosím zvažte zda splňujete podmínky pro finanční podporu z našeho Grantového programu na podporu účasti ekonomicky znevýhodněné mládeže na projektech EU zde.
Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu ERASMUS+ jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů je kompletně (ze 100%) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu ERASMUS+ a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a zpět dle způsobu dopravy, do výše max.:
- €309 – v případě letecké dopravy
- €417 v případě ‚zelené‘ pozemní dopravy (autobusy, vlaky)

Sharpen Up is a training course on sociocracy as a practical strategy to overcome common challenges in projects that helps and improves facilitation in groups and communities. The aim of the seminar is to empower youth workers with new life skills to enrich their professional lives by providing knowledge, share good practices and tools to improve collective living and group organization.
In the world that is more and more disconnected and individual, we need the rights tools to tackle this individualism and help to create the right environment where we have the opportunity to grow collectively.
Training course on sociocracy as a practical strategy to overcome common challenges in projects that helps and improves facilitation in groups and communities
In these times, where life is passing too fast, where we are overwhelmed by information, and where individualism is overshadowing collectiveness, we believe it’s time to reflect and react. Firstly, by connecting to ourselves and secondly, to find ways on how we can connect and work better as a community. To achieve this, we are preparing this training course where we will discover and implement sociocracy. Sociocracy is a method of group organization and decision-making that highlights collaboration, equality and the distribution of power. It is a system of governance that seeks to build an environment where everyone’s voice is heard and valued.

The aim of the seminar is to empower youth workers with new life skills to enrich their professional life and facilitation.
We would like to foster the idea of solidarity and respect of humans rights as well as the nature. To work toward that, we are organizing this training course for individuals who want to create/improve community living. The goal is to provide knowledge, share good practices and tools to improve collective living and group organization.
