ERASMUS+, Klíčová akce 1: výměna mládeže

Český tým: 5 účastníků (ve věku 15—30 let) + 1 group leader (ve věku 18+)

Přečtěte si, jak vypadala předchozí edice této výměny mládeže, která proběhla v červenci 2025.
Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu ERASMUS+ jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů je kompletně (ze 100%) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu ERASMUS+ a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a zpět. Rozpočet na proplacení cest. nákladů je €285/český účastník. Prosím berte na vědomí, že u tohoto projektu je možná jen a pouze pozemní doprava (= pouze autobusy/vlaky).

Redefining Fashion through Fairness, Sustainability, and Action
Themes of the mobility
The Wear-Fair project is designed to empower young people to challenge the fast fashion industry, explore sustainable alternatives, and become changemakers in their communities. This project focuses on ethical fashion, circular wardrobe concepts, and collective action for a fairer textile industry.
Aligned with the EU’s green transition and circular economy objectives, Wear-Fair encourages participants to reflect on personal consumption habits, learn about global textile impacts, and design creative strategies that promote sustainable, inclusive, and responsible fashion choices.
Through non-formal education, experiential learning, and collaborative action, participants will explore the lifecycle of garments, the cost of fast fashion, and practical steps toward fairer and more sustainable fashion systems.
Learning Objectives
By the end of the project, participants will:
- Understand the environmental and social consequences of fast fashion.
- Learn about fair fashion principles, ethical supply chains, and circular wardrobe models.
- Develop skills to design and promote sustainable fashion initiatives in their communities.
- Strengthen their abilities in communication, campaigning, and storytelling.
- Gain hands-on experience with clothes swapping, upcycling, and slow fashion design.
- Build lasting intercultural connections to support future Erasmus+ sustainability initiatives.
- Understand the environmental and social costs of fast fashion and textile waste.
Learning Approach
The program follows a non-formal learning methodology and will include:
🌱 Interactive activities (icebreakers, team building, group discussions)
🧵 Workshops on sustainability, ethical fashion, campaign planning, and Youthpass
🪡 Simulations and debates to foster critical thinking and problem-solving
🌍 Field visits to local slow fashion businesses and environmental initiatives
🪴 Reflection sessions to track personal learning and growth
📢 Campaign development, where participants design and implement their own fair fashion initiatives
A team of experienced facilitators will guide participants, ensuring an inclusive, creative, and inspiring learning environment.
Who can participate in the youth exchange:
- Young people aged 15-30 years old + 1 one group leader 18+ years old.
- Interested in sustainability, slow fashion and textile waste.
- Ready to participate throughout the entire mobility.
- Able to communicate in English.
Participating countries: Slovakia, Czechia, Ireland, Romania, Spain and Turkey.
